Wingstop advertised $0 Delivery Fee on 2/26/25, but when I went to place an order online, it charged the delivery fee. When I called the store to let them know, nobody seemed to know anything about it. I asked to speak to a manager but the person on the phone didn't get a manager for me to speak to. This is very disappointing because I have ordered many times from this restaurant and have always enjoyed their wings. They need to have better communication with whomever is in charge of their website.

These ladies in the kitchen need a raise! They are hard workers. Dealt with rude door dashers and kept their composure and professionalism. My food was hot fresh and the manager used great communication with all guests and dashers.

We were in Super Bowl Sunday at 3:30, crazy busy. Ordered at the counter and they had us out the door in around 8 minutes. The lady in the light green shirt had the employees organized, friendly, and quick. We had left another wing stop south of this location were they wouldn’t let us order at the counter and were completely unorganized.

Waited 45 minutes for an order sitting right be where everyone else’s order was called out and given to them. Mine got put on a rack and never made it to the counter, the employee wanted to argue with me he called it out but somehow everyone else’s order was put on the counter and called out

I ordered food online and paid prior to picking up my food , when I arrived there were 3 people before but more people came in after .. there were 7 people waiting , on staff went to the restroom to get another employee .. started arguing with the other guy in the lobby mean while there were multiple bags sitting next to the cold window waiting to be picked up . After arguing a bit a worker comes to the front and only asked for door dashes .. completely disregards me and serves all the others .. only when I got upset did he ask my name and grabbed a bag that had sitting by the window the entire I had waited at lease 12 minutes . At this time my food was cold. They are not considerate of the people waiting in the lobby to pick up their food. It seems to get worse and worse everytime I go. I will not visit this store again
