I got none of the $7 sauces I paid for and wings did not come in flavors selected
food is always in the same container with different flavors, not enough sauce
Dumbasses took 30 min for an order that said would be done in 13-18
Ordered here on my lunch break ordered the new bunker bundle under $20 can’t beat that price ! Wings were fresh and crispy I love you guys ranch dip !!!

visits this place pretty often the staff is always nice , the food is great it’s never a disappointment when visiting you can’t find many people who enjoys their job and customer service it’s always welcoming

My husband picked up around 6:00 on 1/1/25 E Washington. When home realized order was wrong. We didnt recieve 10 bone-in classic wings, and 5 wrong boneless. Called to see if they could make them. We were hit with the most incredibly rude and verbally abusive customer service I have ever experienced. We tried to explain we didnt get any bone-in wings, but she kept yelling, not letting my dad explain, then hung up on us!
I was offended she spoke to my dad that way, so I called back on my phone. She yelled and said I was lying. Eventually told us to bring entire order back for 10 bone-in wings. I asked for those wings to be comped since we had to drive back and rude behavior. She refused. She lied that order was ready too long, but we got there quickly and they were still packing it.
My dad had to leave family gathering. She was yelling at him in the restaurant too ( got part on recording). They did not apologize or comp money.
My family had to listen to her yelling ruining our gathering, wait for food, waste gas money and time. We understand mistakes, but issue was how we were treated. She at least needs to have customer service training. We need reimburment for horrible experience.

They forgot to put our two LARGE fries in our order, they said we had to have all the food not eaten and returned for us to get just the two large fries they forgot to add to our order. It was THEIR mistake & we still couldn't get out order back since we ate the wings...

This store is HORRIBLE. I placed my order online for pickup, got to the store for them to say they’re system is down, they didn’t have my order and refused to make it even after showing my online e confirmation. To make it worse no mgrs were on site so I called the next day and the mgr got loud and was super rude and told me to take it up with my bank….NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!

ordered on 11/27 (10:22 pm) , got there and they said they don’t make mobile orders till i’m in the store so i had to wait longer, got home and didn’t even have all my wings. called the store lady claimed to be a manager but couldn’t offer any solutions cause “i can’t prove it” gave me blue cheese instead of the extra ranch i paid for then hung up in my face after telling me come back friday if i want something done. didnt tell me a name or anything.

The worst food I've ever received from a Wing Stop. Mostly inedible.
Original wings came swimming in oil and undercooked. They were supposed to be rubs and showed no rub on them. Also looked weirdly freezer burned at the same time. They were inedible.
The boneless wings were a bit better but still had oil pooled in the bottom of the container but the wings absorbed lots of it. Some were edible but not all of them.
Parmesean was not included on the boneless wings nor the corn as ordered. And the drinks were not included either.
Both bags arrived with oil leaking out of the boxes and all over everything in the bag.
We did order just before ordering closed for the night but that is no excuse for inedible food and sloppy packaging.

Food is always cold when you order online and pick up. Half of your food be sitting waiting for the rest to be done (probably chicken and fries sitting out waiting for another order to come in)and by the time you finally get your order, everything is ice cold. Time frame given 18-22 mins get there at 20mins, half of my food in the bag already, according to worker for 15mins, but missing item is 10 more mins, which we had to wait, so my fries and chicken sat for 25mins in a bag and would not remake nor refund ice cold food walking out there door.
Ghetto. I get asked for cash tips all the time from the employees. One guy asked us for a tip and then got mad when we didn’t give him one.
The way they ask for tips almost seems like the people that stand on the intersections and do it. Place is ghetto.
Dude yelled at me and wife for leaving trash in the place. We always leave our bags on the table because that’s what you’re told to do at wingstop.
