Literally the worst most unprofessional customer service. A bunch of young kids working here who have zero care in the world. I’ve never waited less than 30 mins for anything. I haven’t came here in years and this was a great reminder why i should never come back

The first couple times we tried this location over the past 5 years hadn’t been the best, but this past year they must’ve had a management change because everything’s been perfect the last 3 times! 🤞🏽I hope it continues because my daughter really loves Wingstop!

Food was horrible. The amount of grease with the boneless wings was ridiculous. I wasnt able to eat the food. When trying to call to talk to someone the phone just rang. I called six times last night and four times this morning and still no one answered. I have eaten from this location for many years and never this bad.

This location is a case study in how poor leadership ruins an entire business. I ordered a 5-piece traditional wing, was rung up wrong, waited almost 20 minutes, and still received the wrong food. Mistakes happen but what happened next is what makes this place a complete failure.
The manager refused to correct THEIR mistake unless I paid extra, and spoke to me with an attitude that made it clear customer service is not a priority here. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix what their own staff caused. I was treated like an inconvenience for simply expecting the order I paid for.
I left with no food and a wasted lunch break because of this store’s disorganization, lack of urgency, and the manager’s unprofessional behavior. If this is the standard they operate at, I have serious concerns about how anything is being run here , from training, to leadership, to basic respect for customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend choosing a different Wingstop.
