Little dude behind the counter not working, did more mouth running then work. Poor manager couldn't handle him or the other coworker their mouth is more disrespectful then anything I know. I told them the complete order 2 times and still had to wait an hour for sauce to be poured on our wings, told them a large order of Cajun corn received only a 1/2 order.. this staff is ridiculous. Several customers walking out without food to return and still get told they had to replace their order. It's wings, cook toss, and box. Consider new management for his location and all staff. It doesn't help if you call the hotline or the number posted on the board or store number it's all a run around.

I gave a one star review because i stopped by this wing stop last night 3/3 to pick up a customers order...even tho the order was accepted and paid for it was not made because the employees wanted to leave. If you wanna leave early idc just decline the new order so i won't have to disappoint your customers....and waste my gas money.

4 stars due to the wait, but I was told that it would be 10-15 min until I could place an order I knew they were busy and with online orders so I was fine with it. I place my order and I have my husband right there with me and he ended up walking away from me and the minute he was out of sight one of the 3 guys working started hitting on me. I mean I’ll take the compliment and the extra tender but my husband was literally with me. Other than that food was great.

They're always slow as molasses and could definitely benefit for some customer service and professionalism training!

1 hour waiting for my order that's why I place it online so I don't wait and when I get to the store. They didn't even make a complete order. And still they started to make the other orders. And if I don't tell them about my wings they don't remember. I asked them to change my fries because they were already watered down and the cashier wouldn't change them.

First off I'd like to say Crystal who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful when I went yesterday for lunch. I was going to stay but the tables were sticky and dirty, trash on the floor and you could see the dirt splashed up on the walls like they been using the same dirty rank mop water since they opened. This place isnt that old! The wings were great but its hard to go back to a place knowing how dirty it is all around. I didnt get a good look at the kitchen but if the dining area looked as bad as it did I can't imagine behind the scenes. Yuck!Needless to say I'm a big wings guy but I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. I just dont want to get sick. This is definitely a management based problem that can be solved by retraining on how to do basic sanitation.
