Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.

Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.

This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.

Saw the man eating from one of my friends, then the woman that was at the cashier, has the audacity to give me the same fries, when confronted, they denied even though I seen him grab one and put it in his mouth. Disgusting!

I understand why their reviews are so bad. They were rude. They wouldn't honor her the online special that is all over the internet. And had no interest in trying to help me with it. I'm never going back. The fry cook from the back, even came out and got nasty.

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.
One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

I ordered the 10-piece classic wings, asked for them well done, and what I received was the complete opposite. The wings were dry, barely cooked through, and had hardly any sauce on them. On top of that, I was given all drumsticks—no variety—even though I didn’t request that. It’s clear that whoever is running this place now is not doing a good job. Very disappointed with the quality and service. I won’t be returning.
