Wack ahh Wingstop. Barely any seasoning on my lemon my wings just covered in grease. I ordered garlic parm and there was 0 hint of garlic it was covered with just the parm. I asked for extra cook time for the fries and they were still as soggy as ever. Okay spot but they don’t follow directions and they don’t even open when they’re supposed to

I asked for my fries to be well done, and they weren’t. On top of the fries not being well done, I ordered ranch and received nasty bleu cheese, I would’ve just settled for no sauce. Y’all need to hire people that actually want to work.

This place is a disaster.
Situated in a dangerous area of North East side of Downtown Indy, the least they should be doing is to offer customers some good service but to my amazement, their food and conduct is horrible.
They shouldn't be in culinary business at all.

The staff has such a bad attitude. I called for a refund, and instead of helping me, they just laughed and hung up. If you value your time and money, steer clear of this place!
They have bad customer service. I ordered online and they took 30 minutes after the time my food was supposed to be ready and even managed to mess up my order. My fries were plain when they supposed to have seasoning. They weren’t even busy yet for them to be like that.

Ordered delivery order was incomplete was told there was nothing they could do. Reordered missing items and paid for them and accidentally ordered carry out instead of delivery and called and asked them to cancel it and they refused. Have no way to go pick it up at this time so just out of even more money. Must be a complete joke

The service was horrible, from the time I walked through the door. No one acknowledge my presence, due to the fact that every employee was on the phone. Mind you I was the only in the restaurant. When placing my order, the employee did not excuse himself, instead he walk away to finish a conversation. The atmosphere was not clean, dirty tables, wet spots on the floor with no caution signs up to alert customers. When I my order came up, of course I checked my order and to my surprise my chicken was way over cooked, I asked for a refund and the employee pretended to not speak english. I called corporate to let them know my experience was very unpleasant and nothing was done about it. Definitely will not be returning.
