Staff is rude not customer friendly place is empty and they burnt my stuff up and sold it to me anyway I tried to pickup at window for 8 minutes past my pick up!! Said she was in bathroom!! DO NOT EAT AT 4200 EAST STREET , THEY SUCK !!

pizza hut, all of them lately, do not give 2 poops about what they send out. especially pan pizzas. they send any kind of dough not necessarily the pan dough. the one today was a weird shaped hand tossed with really thick side crust and really thin middle 2 piece of pizza had card board showing through the middle of the pieces .. and they sent it lol STOP WASTING MONEY ON PLACES THAT DON'T CARE! Greeks is becoming my new favorite place. they take pride in their pizzas!

Pizza Hut can improve their selves by serving Fountain drinks again in the restaurant instead of giving the customers bottled Drinks. people want Fountain drinks when eating in not bottled drinks.

Pizza for my son’s birthday was over an hour late. At 40 minutes late my husband called and was put on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold he decided to drive to Little Caesar’s to pick up dinner. Within 10 minutes of leaving the house he got pizza for cheaper from LC’s. After 20 minutes of being on hold Pizza Hut finally answered and told him they don’t do refunds, and the driver will be there as soon as he can, and that they would give us some extra Pizza Hut points (not anything close to what our dinner was worth)
Couldn’t make our pizza right. Didn’t give us all that we paid for. When I asked for a refund for missing food I was told only a GM can do this and they wouldn’t be there till Wednesday! It was Sunday!

Got a text message that my pizza was out for delivery at 6:18. I live 12 min away max. It is now 7:30 and no pizza. Called store 10 min ago. Was told the driver just left with it. Not worth the wait. Too many other pizza places close. I’ll take my $50 elsewhere.

we ordered a pizza tonight and it took 90 mins from the time it said our pizza was on its wat til we received our pizza. The pizza is cold and taste horrible. when we called to see what the hold up was we were told they only have 1 delivery driver. I hate to say but I will never order from pizza hut again. guess I will be trying Domino's next time.

Fast friendly service. My food was hot and fresh. It was clean and quiet inside with a calming setting it definitely made for a nice meal. I highly recommend.

lasagna was pretty good Pizza and breadsticks were dried out and it was so hot in that place you couldn't even set in there enjoy what you could eat waitress is very nice
