Doesn’t accept mail in tickets. First Sportsbook in the world with such an asinine rule. Some of us travel for business and aren’t in town the following day, especially when you don’t even open until the afternoon. Waste of money.
Winner's Circle Sports Bar is in a convenient location in downtown Indianapolis. The establishment is a little run down in terms of decor, seating, bar, etc. There are plenty of kiosks to place bets, which is the purpose of the place. Also plenty of TV's to watch sports. The food was decent. Wings are flavorful and a good size. The salads were above average, especially for a sports bar, with the lettuce being fresh. The bartender was very good, being friendly and attentive! Overall not a bad place to visit.

This place is not good… all we wanted was a beer you would think that would be so simple… No one thereto help us, completely dead and no staff around he we sat there for five minutes at least and we’re like let’s get the hell out of here
It’s not good that when you show your I.D at the door. They post your entire card on a screen that everyone can see. You can see everyone addresses, full name, and all. If you’re last it stays up there a little longer than it should. They should come up with something better because people are crazy. The atmosphere was nice.

Waited five mins at the door for the bouncer. Then I’m told the kitchen closed at 730. Then I hear the place is gonna close at 10. What casino closes at 10? They say they’ll stay open til the end of the Pacers playoff game (1030ish), and then we’re told to leave immediately when the buzzer sounds. An 8pm game lasting 2.5 hours is not uncommon; the place should be open til 11 on weeknights, 1am on weekendsComfy seats are nice tho. And the crowd here truly cares about the game. Might be a good spot for an NFL Sunday afternoon or College Football Saturday afternoon. Or if you don’t have a smartphone and want to place a bet. Or if you bet on horse racing
Always a great place to have some food and watch any kinds of sports plus make your bets !

Restaurantji Recommends
NCAA Football Championship game place was packed only 2 bartenders, and 1 was more focused on the food orders and the computer. Recommend a beer tub person or open what used to be the members club bar when large events are going on. Also, a few of the TV's we not working back in old players' club area unacceptably in a sports / OTB.

Attitudes of the bartenders were kinda lackluster, and the food wasn’t special. I won’t return, but it is nice inside.

Surprisingly, the catfish was fantastic!! It was seasoned with spicey cornmeal (I opted for no bun!), cole slaw along with tator tots! Food was delish, hot and well worth the money!!
