Optimistic about this place since it had good reviews but the service was so poor I couldn’t not say something.Placed a curbside/carryout online order (with a decent tip) and it said the pickup time was 10-15 which I thought was great. After we got there (20 minutes later), the food still wasn’t ready. We called and they said it would be another 5-10. Not a huge deal, sometimes estimates are off. After 15 more minutes sitting in front of the restaurant ( which was not busy), I tried to call again. The phone line was “busy” for several minutes and finally when I got ahold of someone, they gave me an attitude about how they aren’t really a fast food place and don’t bring food out and told me I had to come in to get it. Once inside I saw two people behind the counter on their phones. Really disappointed and probably won’t go back

First time in had the spicy crab poke bowl. Flavor was excellent, and as a chilled bowl it was perfect for lunch. Bowls are filled to the absolute top, and neither of us could finish them. Daughter had the crispy chicken poke bowl and loved it. Hers was served warm, and we both agreed it would be a better dinner option. Brought home a shrimp bento box to wife and she really enjoyed it. Both girls are the counter were very nice. Hope this place survives because the flavors were great and the serving size was well worth the price.

1st time here and very disappointed with the service here. Will not be coming back.We only had 1 couple in front of us and no one else in the dining room- so the place was empty.Ordered 2 tuna poke bowls and 2 drinks. Waited 18mins for our drinks as they brought them out with the food. Not sure why they did that, when everyone knows in the service industry your drinks come out 1st.Further. 1 employee was seen on their phone and another employee was seen eating in the kitchen. When we walked in, there was a dirty table that had not been cleared for some time. We never saw a manager.Positive-Had the tuna poke bowl and it was very good!Neg-Service was way under standardswhy would we go here when we can get better service someplace else

Decided to stop in today and order lunch for my family of 4 and myself. Upon arrival I was greeted by the two friendly girls who took my order and were so kind as to make recommendations for my food and drink orders. They also pointed out their new espresso lattes, I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato and it was delicious! While waiting on my order I noticed an unpleasant couple mocking the two servers, and when I asked themwhy, they explained their food had taken awhile to get out. Almost on cue, their food was brought to them as there were multiple customers waiting and the server explained they had to make the order as well as take orders, serve orders, prepare orders, receive phone calls, and make drinks. My family and I enjoyed the food, our Beef Pho was delicious with the recommended chili oil and limes and my wife loved her Salmon Poke Bowl. My kids also loved their Black Sugar Milk Tea and their Strawberry Lemonade Slush (also recommended by the servers).Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great. It seems there is an issue with servers being overworked, possibly due to poor ownership, which is unfortunately the case in many restaurants. This establishment might be better to treat their servers with more credit as well as potentially hiring more employees. Our servers were amazing, very kind, presentable ladies. We will be returning for the great food, drinks, and awesome service.

I recently decided to try this place on a whim despite some mixed reviews and I will not be going back. This place is OK but there are simply better options in the Greenwood area for a better price and higher quality Asian food. The person I was with had gotten the combination pho soup and did not like it. To them, it tasted bland. When I tried it, I agreed that the broth tasted bland and the meat tasted chewy yet unseasoned. Even with the sauces we were given, pouring them in did not make this dish tasty. Now lets go over my order of the bento box. The sushi was not of the highest quality. It was falling apart and it was mushy. Taste wise, it tasted like a generic california roll. The rice was dry and the hibachi chicken I got with it was also bland like the pho soup's meat. Not much to say about the veggies or spring roll it comes with, as it doesn't add enough to the meal to make it better. We were not able to finish our food and the blandness just simply become unappetizing. The staff and the atmosphere were nice, but it is just not worth the quality of food for the price you pay.

Thirty minute wait for them to burn (I do mean burn) some chicken for the hibachi bowl as I guess they forgot they would need to cook their main ingredient today. Tried pho for the 1st time. I don't like it, might be good pho or might be bad pho I don't know as I never had it before. I would recommend going to the one downtown as they are just better.

We had two shrimp poke bowls, a bento box with crispy chicken, potstickers, crab rangoon, a slice of mango cake and a slice of strawberry shortcake. Everything was amazing!! So good! Great proportions as well. And to top it off, service was exceptional. The ladies working Sunday, February 4th, 2024 deserve props. Will be going back regularly.

Our food was okay. No sushi, bentos, or poke bowls were available, only hibachi, so we got vegetable delight hibachi with noodles. It came out less than half full, with undercooked (nearly raw- couldn’t stab it with a fork), very thick carrot slices. There were three slices of carrot, three of zucchini, and three of yellow squash- that was it. The flavor of the dish was good, but execution was poor. The couple that got a chicken hibachi noodle dish next to us got bowl that were full to the top with noodles and veggies, with their chicken on top. So that was frustrating. They paid $1 more. The atmosphere was clean, although dimly lit, but it was an overcast day outside so maybe that’s why it felt dark. The cake case did look beautiful, and the service was great! Everyone was very friendly.Vegetarian options: They have some dishes that are made with vegetables. However, I believe some of their sauces do contain fish sauce/oyster sauce so be sure to ask. The sushi menu and poke bowl menu DOES contain some great vegetarian options, however. Those just weren’t available to us today.
