I went for my wife but service was kinda fast

My first time going here, my daughter took me here at 10:30 am, before my doctors appointment. The wings tasted old not fresh. The coleslaw needed more dressing. Customer service was great. Thank you.

The food is usually decent but sometimes they have an off day. The condition of the facility could uses some love.

Be careful! The floors are often slick; either they are very oily, or there are puddles of water everywhere.

Zaxby's is still one of my all-time favorites! I wish Indy had more locations though. This trip was A++ as usual. I enjoyed the Cobb salad w/ fried chicken & honey mustard salad dressing. It was super fresh & delicious. I tried the fried cheesecake with strawberry sauce and they were so good 10/10. Service was excellent and the dining area was super clean & tidy. Thank you for another good time...I'll be back!

Its a zaxbys. You come here for the chicken & sauce. Maybe the lemonade. The building inside actually stinks though. It needs cleaned up badly.

No answer calling Zaxbys(3times) I love thier cobb Zalads but this time it is was not good. My chicken was burnt and cut up like crumbs. Where is the chicken??? Very displeased with my order.I made me some nuggets from Costco(IYKYK) to put in my salad .😡

Literally order wing and things and these people didn’t give me not one sauce after I ask. Literally ruined my lunch.

Do not order curbside. They will not bring the food out to you and it will just sit there and get ice cold until you realize it's not coming. I don't get why they'd even give the option. Food was okay would've been better if I didn't let it sit there for 20 minutes waiting for it to come out.

Pretty terrible experience last night. Impossible to hear and understand drive thru speaker, another worker was yelling and talking to the person taking the order, lots of feedback. Wanted to add something to my order at the window since I couldn't order properly at the speaker and they said I would have to go back around through the drive thru. The Coke Zero was flat and I already knew not to ask for more so I went inside and got a fresh one from the machine and it was much much better, but it ran out so only got a half glass.
The chicken was great and seasoned to perfection. Fries and toast were on par with what I have had before. The curds and egg roll were bland and pretty much uneatable.
Some good but a really bad night I guess
