The food is usually decent but sometimes they have an off day. The condition of the facility could uses some love.

Be careful! The floors are often slick; either they are very oily, or there are puddles of water everywhere.

Zaxby's is still one of my all-time favorites! I wish Indy had more locations though. This trip was A++ as usual. I enjoyed the Cobb salad w/ fried chicken & honey mustard salad dressing. It was super fresh & delicious. I tried the fried cheesecake with strawberry sauce and they were so good 10/10. Service was excellent and the dining area was super clean & tidy. Thank you for another good time...I'll be back!

The staff are normal people just like you and me. Please don't be that person just because you have to wait a couple of extra minutes. Aside from that, the food is amazing. It's better to enjoy it while it's hot because once it gets cold, there's no redeeming it.

Vegetarian options: Be realistic. This establishment sales chicken.
