The staff are normal people just like you and me. Please don't be that person just because you have to wait a couple of extra minutes. Aside from that, the food is amazing. It's better to enjoy it while it's hot because once it gets cold, there's no redeeming it.

Vegetarian options: Be realistic. This establishment sales chicken.

I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s since my cousin introduced me to the place 10 years ago . Their food always hits & never disappoints . They’ve had a slew of different staff over the years , but they never lose a beat & always serve fresh food . If I had to give one small critique , I wish they would bring back the celery sticks & the carrot straws they used to serve with the meals . Besides that…I have no complaints

Overall, for the price it's just.. ok. Definitely have had better chicken sandwiches elsewhere. The fries were definitely not fresh and the bun was a tiny bit soggy. The chicken could have had more flavor too tbh.
The atmosphere was eh, pretty quiet at 4:30 other than the TV playing football having the volume pretty high. For me it was annoying, but others might enjoy that I guess.
