“Schnitzelbank Catering was wonderful for my daughter’s wedding. I worked directly with Tammy Hudson. She was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help make this day extra special. We served the smoked beef brisket and pecan chicken, parmesan roasted red potatoes, country green beans, glazed carrots, Caesar salad, fried biscuits with apple butter. Many guests complimented the food. Schnitzelbank also serviced our bar. I would recommend them for your future catering needs.“
