Got 6 breadsticks and a strawberry Italian ice that was my whole order. 2 of the 6 breadsticks were so hard you couldn't even bite into them. Now we only go here after my daughter gets done with her orthodontist appointment because breadstick should be soft to eat. Never the case anymore the last 3 times going. So disappointing

We stopped here on the way back from Holiday World and Bryan was amazing. He greeted us kindly and took our order right away. He checked on us often and apologized when our chicken took a little long to cook (we waited maybe 20 minutes for our food). He even offered us a dessert for the inconvenience. Food was amazing and highly recommend this Fazoli’s. Thank you Bryan for being so great!

Wait time on food in lobby is beyond unacceptable.. it has been 30 mins and I do not have food yet I ordered baked Spaghetti... As Ann the cashier was taking my order another employee told her someone was complaining it was 30 min. to get their food she said back in front of me "well you know how people lie" Well Ann I'm sure they were not as it took 38 mins. to get my food... if it takes this long on a regular basis then I will be surprised if they are still open in 6. months from now... Such a shame I remember when this use to be a great place to eat... So sad...
