Service was very fast through drive thru. I had the chicken Alfredo and it was super watery and bland. Wife had lasagna and it was good. Breadsticks were ok. Guy working the window seemed really upset about something and had an unpleasant demeanor.
First time here. SUB was oustanding, wife got Alfredo with extra Broccoli. Side order for Chub our Senior Service dog. Drive through service was outstanding and patient, and kind. Food qas hot and we will be back.
I’ve been coming to Fazoli’s for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve seen changes in staff and management, which has had its ups and downs.
The building itself could benefit from a deep clean and some much-needed remodeling. It looks like there have been some efforts to freshen things up inside, but there’s definitely still room for improvement. On the bright side, the parking lot has been repaved and is in much better shape than it used...
