Mi Jalisco Mexican Restaurant & Tequila Bar

The food blew me away. The Tacos Al Pastor were absolutely incredible! This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant in Dubois county. Well done!

Is not what it used to be, my group of friends and I would come there often to spend the weekend or celebrate something, and we would spend sometime $500 dollars or even more, my wife and I like to order the parrillada for 2, it used to cost $34.99, but it went to $41.99 but didn't mind because they would give a good portion of food for the price. We have visited every restaurant in town and didn't find one that would treat us and serve the food as the Mi Jalisco would, but this weekend we found ourselves disappointed ☹️? with the new management and the new small portion of food for the same money $41.99. the size of the steak ? was like a child's portion, judge for yourselves with the pictures attached, but as for me, my family and friends, I don't think we'll ever be back ? there NO MORE. Thanks, but no thanks.

We were driving through after going to Holiday World. What a surprise to find such a gem! The service was phenomenal. We asked for some substitutions and they gladly made them and didn't even charge extra. The food was just as good. Kids meals are huge! Salsa and chips were delicious and plentiful. I'd go out of my way to go back here.

Jasper, Indiana has a lot of great options for dining out and this is one of them. The food here was delicious. The service was great as well and the food comes out really quickly. Their chips and salsa is great and they will keep you well supplied. It is really easy to find using Google Maps on the north side of the city. There is plenty of free parking in their large parking lot.

We have been coming here for years. They have new ladies wait staff and they were huffy when we came in, did not write down our order then did not give us the correct food. We are truly disappointed. We wish the old staff would have stayed. I complained about not getting shrimp I asked for, then they changed all the prices on the ticket to absorb the price of the side of shrimp they “took off the bill.” What a true scam.

Tried this place for the first time! I went with the Burrito El Vaquero ?‍?? Dang it was good!! Chicken, steak, shrimp, rice, (add jalapeños) and smothered in queso. The best burrito I’ve had. The flavors were ? - Big menu, I may try other items sometime down the road. But it’s hard to stray from this burrito ? Chips & salsa is on point as well. Highly recommend this place!! This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in the area.

The service was very late and I'm surprised that the waiters don't give you takeout ??they give you a ticket so you can do it and the food has nothing to do with the Mexican one, there is a difference ???
