“It's a beautiful spot to relax and have a nice refresher. Just make sure you wait for your drink, as they don't ask for names and you risk having your drink swiped if you're looking at the beauty of the space. (I had that happen just a few days ago) but still love this location.“

Very cool place inside, they have a bar top table that opens up to the patio, really good vibes inside! Also have outside seating on the sidewalk. “Literally the best Bob place I’ve ever been to. The prices and portion sizes have stayed consistent! I can’t afford boba often if I go other places but here I can justify going once a week or so. The owners are so kind and helpful, as is their staff. Every single tea or dessert item I’ve had has been perfect. The shop is cute and they’re service dog friendly! I’ve had access issues with other boba places but never here.“

“Best boba in the city! My wife and I love coming here for a treat when we can. Make sure to ask for their loyalty cards for a free drink every 10 purchases! Support this family they are adorable!Parking: There is a shared parking lot in the rear of the building off of the main road. Look for the gym. The gym is supposed to be shared parking with tiger sugar, at least that is what I was told. Otherwise you're taking your chances with the scant spots on the road. Good luck either way.“

“This little boba place is close to my house and close to my heart. I always get the mango green tea with regular boba, I ask for specific sugar and ice options, and they always get it right (and fast!). Their app makes it easy to order and the staff almost always has my tea ready before I walk in. I probably wouldn't sit there to drink it, there's only a tiny counter with a few stools, but that doesn't bother me at all. “This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. It's family owned and the food is fantastic and fresh. I love that they have grass fed beef as an option for their meals. My family's favorite pork fried rice with stone cross farms pork, or the pho! I think I order Saigon noodles with beef the most for myself.“

I appreciate that they also have popping boba in two flavors and there’s no upcharge between that and standard boba. One topping is included with your drink.“
