Horrible experience. Horrible end to an already stressful day. Don't order on your phone if you have never done it before. Way too many possibilities on where your food is. No directions on where to get food. Stood in line for 8 minutes only to have them tell me that it'll be put on a shelf. Food was there the whole time. But they didn't tell me it was there - the guy waiting told me. If you've never ordered online you have no idea where you should be: in your car, in the drive thru, or inside. End result-ice cold food. And 8 piece nuggets turned out to be just 7.
