“I wanted to dock a star for not having cranberry juice for my cocktail, but I couldn’t. The food was unbelievable and the service was top notch. Maddie (please excuse my spelling) was fantastic. She was super attentive and one of the most pleasant servers we’ve had in a long time. The food was dynamite, like the “stop in your shoes when you take a bite” type food. It was unreal. We travel a lot from Pittsburgh, PA and are always looking for that local gem. This is it. You will not regret it. For reference, we got fried artichoke hearts for a starter and the lamb chops and braised short ribs for our meal. Just, WOW! It was unbelievably fantastic.Parking: We have a big truck and could not park in the two spaces that were available. We had a block and a half walk, which was worth it.“

“I recently met some friends for dinner at The Eagle and our collective experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. From the friendly staff, to the fun atmosphere and the AMAZING food, the evening was perfect. I had the fried chicken, hush puppies and collard greens. Delish!!! I look forward to going back soon.“

“our server, Nicole, was wonderful! she was very patient with us, as this was our first time there. we ordered the brisket nachos, which were very good and the portion was enough for 4. The cheese burger was excellent as well. I will surely be back!“

“Food was hot and fresh. Server was extremely friendly. Honey butter croissants are outstanding! Parking lot was a bit crowded so I assumed there would be a long wait, but we were seated and served quickly. Restaurant appeared to be well staffed, and they worked well together. Highly recommend!“

“Our first time getting food from here. The pork BBQ was really good despite a few chunks of fay. They gave us regular, sweet and fire sauce. The bakes beans were delicious with a deep flavor, molasses maybe? If you want buns you have to ask. The price was very affordable, around $23.00. We will definitely be coming back.“

“I am writing this to share my experience due to my server. I believe her name was Lilian or Lilith. She was absolutely AMAZING. I actually stopped coming due to the service, but she absolutely has a repeat customer. She gave me hope in this place again.“

“Just had some delicious smoked wings with the Jerk sauce. It is definitely worth going back. Give this small business a chance and support. Thanks for bringing some food to the West!!Vegetarian options: Many sides with no meat.Kid-friendliness: There were kid friendly menu items. Beef hot dogs and snack type foods!!“

“We Found the Best Potato Wedges around! I have never been to Lee's Famous Recipe before, but ValuMarket closed down their deli at 6:00, so we decided to try Lee's around the corner on Poplar Level. Everything was great original Chicken and tenders. mac snd cheese were very good. Only they forgot to add our honey mustard & buffalo sauce, but we had some at home. We will be Going back“

“This is the second time I've been here and everything is great. The food is great, the employees are awesome and take great care of their customers and the atmosphere is just like home! I recommend this place if your looking for a burger any way you want it. In my opinion it's the best burger place I've been to. The rueben burger is fantastic.“

“As this place is right up the road from me. I have eaten here multiple times and it never disappoints. Nice location right off Hwy 62. It has an outside & inside eating area and a nice bar area. Service has always been great. The staff have always been friendly and prompt. The Philly cheesesteak is really good and what I normally order, if I not in the mood for anything particular. The cheese balls are fantastic and I have ordered those, my wife the fish sandwich (that she loves) and we split. The fries are always perfect. On Fat Tuesday they had a shrimp po boy, which was on point and I would not be disappointed if it made it on the regular menu.“
