Cookies are usually good, but sometimes we have to get them replaced with ones that actually resemble what they’re supposed to look like. We’ve also gotten a few that were quite raw, and not good raw. Bad raw.

That and how busy they were didn't help the atmosphere. I mean yay. You're busy. But it was a small area with 2 other people waiting and workers working their butt's off. Not a great atmosphere.
