the store itself was a good store, my wife and i got the biscotti tres leches cake but we weren’t really happy with it this go around. it’s our favorite & one we always make sure to get but this time it didn’t have any moisture inside the cake, it was VERY dry. The only thing that had any moisture was the icing…. not the best trip treat wise but the store staff was really kind. I’ll be back just from staff experience.
Pretty unique place to try some pretty unique cookies. We stopped in from out of town and it was a cool experience and the lady that was working was also very nice and good at her job. I recommend trying if you like cookies for sure!
The maple square was amazing, and the service was fast but no one acknowledged me until they were handing me the food. Not a big deal but a simple wave would've made me feel more comfortable as it was my very first time in a Crumbl store.
That and how busy they were didn't help the atmosphere. I mean yay. You're busy. But it was a small area with 2 other people waiting and workers working their butt's off. Not a great atmosphere.
