Matt, the manager was great. I ordered 3 large pepperoni pizzas for my son's birthday party and the quality of the food was sub par. The following day, I called asking what could be done to rectify the issue and Matt satisfied the situation to my satisfaction. He was understanding and apologized for the experience as well.
