We ordered on DoorDash, obviously the first mistake. It didn’t take long to get here so I was baffled when I got my food and it was cold. No warmth to it at all. One of my containers was completely smashed in and most of my food was stuck to the lid. We paid for a large queso, but got a small. The chips were so gross. We ordered 2 bags and they tasted like they were from lastnight. You could smell the old grease on them. Not eatable. After $45 neither of us ate any of the food considering it literally tasted like it had just been sitting around for a couple hours. Complete WASTE of money. To spend almost $50 you would expect a much better experience… but in this case we were served old food , cold food & poorly prepared food. Long story short save your money & go to a different location. This one absolutely sucks. DONT recommend. We will not be back.

This location is always on point. The food is consistently great, and the service is quick. The employees typically go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. I really wish they didn't have to share the disgusting bathroom with the Sheraton. The sewer gas hits you right in the face when you walk in the bathroom door. It has smelled for 20 years. The Sheraton should tear the bathrooms out and start from scratch. It's got to be detrimental to the folks that run El Nopal. With that being said, I will continue to patronize El Nopal. It's just that good!

A nearby favorite. Our go-to for easy and quick dinner and for family get-togethers.

The food and service never disappoint here.
we kept seeing tv commercials for free queso and free sopapillas on cinco de mayo. this location has a small free parking lot. we went there pretty early on that monday evening. the place was packed. service was apparently under staffed. They were super busy although had a relaxed atmosphere. food was bland.
The food was good

El Nopal is the most consistent chain I've ever seen
Delicious spicy Mexican food. The food came out looking like the pictures on the menu. Mariscos soup was a meal in itself. Chicken fajitas with rice and beans and flour tortillas were perfect.
I have enjoyed this place in the past, but the portion size now for your order is very small. They’ve cut back big time.
I suggest you not waist your money on this unseasoned, piled with lettuce mess. The tortilla soup has no flavor, just bland food is what you'll get! They give you a lot but what good is it if you can't eat it. Staff is no good along with the food!

Food is always fresh and served hot. I like there salsa especially the hot it has some flavor. Service is sometimes slow but that's only when they are busy.
