Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a sushi roll for a pick up order. The roll was burnt. I called to inform the restaurant. I was first asked to bring the roll in that evening and they would remake it. I told the gentleman that I would not be able to bring it back that evening due to them closing at 8pm and me having to put my toddler to bed. My sister who formally worked for this owner got a fried roll Togo the other day. It was VERY burnt. She sent a pic of her roll and was told it was “eel sauce”. She ended up replacing it but wanted the original roll back. I took the roll back and showed her and asked if that was eel sauce. She was still trying to argue it was. She was honestly accusing my sister of refrying and burning it. DO NOT give them your money. Very unprofessional arguing with evidence
