Well normally I would give this place high marks but the bartender has been on her phone for 15 of the 20 minutes I have been here. She is not happy and does not want to be here. No name tag but it doesn’t matter. Drinking my beer and leaving. Plenty of other spots that want my $$$.

I picked up an online order on a Thursday and the food was so good I placed a Grubhub order on Sunday and was not disappointed, except for they left out some of the ranch that I PAID for.

I order take out every couple weeks from here. The amount of fries they give you is less than a small fry at McDonald's. The wings are poorly breaded and they leave out sauces. Used to be good, I would avoid now for that they charge.

I arrived at this Hooters per the manager request because I was under the impression he was going to give me something similar to the reward I had. Instead when I get there he gives me 5 coupons for 5 off of 25 dollars. Please for the love of GOD stay away from drugs! Why wouldn't you just tell me on the phone you was going to give me a coupon for 5 off of 25. I would have passed on the offer and saved gas and time. I had to squeeze this in as I was on my way somewhere. I see why your restaurant has the lowest rating out of all the nearby Hooters. Stay away!

Very bad customer service. We walked in, stood at the front, and waited for someone to seat us. The bartender walked by us twice and didn’t say a thing.

Placed an order online, showed up on time and waited under the "To Go" sign. Made eye contact with both the bartender and the only server, neither made any attempt to provide assistance or waive me over, figured they were busy. After 15 minutes, I moved to the server's station and asked if there was a online order for me. It was sitting there getting cold. In a dilapidated uniform, I was informed pickup is not under the "To Go" sign with lovely hint of attitude. Ok, no problem. Now I settle to have my order but no napkins? No ketchup/salt for fries? Attitude, but no napkins. I guess I was supposed to asked, even when the primary menu item is a messy hand held meat stick? Here's the problem: Lack of supervision. Either its not occuring or those responsible are ineffective.

I sincerely dislike when advertising talk does not match the service. Smoked wings never saw any smoke, except liquid smoke out of a bottle. Worst artificial taste ever. Waitress was friendly and nice, but I had visited for food and you disappointed

It smells like an open sewer grate or dirty mop water when you walk in. The pretzels bites are good at first, but I can't finish them because the ones at the bottom of the stack are just saturated in oil. Try to cut back on the heavy grease frying. Change that one thing and the food would be so much better.
