My son stated that he sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes with no one coming. Called the store and the person who answered had an attitude and said she has been sitting at the front for 20 minutes and no one came in. When I told her again that he was at the drive thru she changed her story and said that they had a rush. No need for attitude. Was just trying to get some customer service.
I live in Georgia and ordered a pizza to be delivered to my mom’s assisted living facility. I forgot to add the tip when paying and called this location. The manager could not have been more understanding or kind. I will be ordering more from this location and will be sure to tip before hitting Apple Pay.

We used to order from Papa John's quite a bit and then we started getting not so good pizzas and then we got a good one and then we got a couple of bad ones however the last two times the pizza has been really good and the cheese sticks were amazing this particular store is doing an excellent job.
