“My husband and i drive here at least once a week from Henryville to get these tasy tacos. They are well worth the trip, and the closest thing we have found to AUTHENTIC MEXICAN street tacos. They are NOT watered down Americanized tacos...so if you want the real deal eat one of these...you won"t be sorry. I will post pics next time we go.“

“Our waiter, Jeremy, was absolutely incredible!! He was such a fun personality (probably because he's a fellow Michigander 😉) and was full of great suggestions! He helped me secure the amazing skull glasses that I wanted to bring home by taking my side in my Valentine's Day argument with my husband. But truly, hands down, he was one of the best waiters we ever had!! The tacos were amazing! So many incredible combinations and the flight option allowed us to try multiple combos. The Filthy Fajita and the Gangsta were really good. And the margaritas were to die for. Highly, highly recommend! And make sure to ask for Jeremy! He will take amazing care of you!!“

“Stopped in our of the blue, heard it was underrated, indeed it was! I had al pastor and carne asada tacos that were simple and simply amazing! I also had the pazole soup, which is a rarity, but am so glad I did, it to was amazing! My wife had al pastor Huaraches and al.pastor sopas and taco. To bad I live in Cleveland Ohio because this would be my new go to. We will definitely be back next time in Louisville!“

“I eat here once a week- at least. I've reviewed a ton of local restaurants and this one is on the top of my list for deliciousness. I can't stop going. when I want to impress one of my business friends with good food, I bring them to this little restaurant in the "hood" of South Louisville. If you are in the vicinity of the Louisville football stadium or Churchill Downs, stop by here.“

“I’ve been to luna’s many times in Louisville, and I was treated with kindness walking in, there’s a guy named Leo who met my needs when I asked for tomatoes in my guacamole, then I ordered a Cuban sandwich which was super delicious. I would recommend luna’s to anyone who wants to visit Louisville! Truly thankful for that experience !!

“I ordered the beef pie and water.
The atmosphere was questionable. The outside looks a little run down, but it adds a charm to the meal. Tables mixed around the dining floor. Clean and better looking on the inside.
The service was fine. This is very authentic, so there is a small language barrier. It's okay because they will get your order right.
The food was amazing. As I mentioned, this place is very authentic. The beef pie was seasoned not for spice but for flavor. A small bowl accompanied the mini pies full of peppers and onions with season blend. Again, it's not spicy, just flavor.
There's no drink fountain. You get bottled water. I couldn't see what sodas they had.
The food came out steaming hot, and that was the only problem because I was too tempted to just jump in.
I'll stop by again. I enjoyed it very much.“

“Place re-opened from Berry Blvd to here. Same great food. It's inside the F&M Food Mart, so it's not dedicated to La Casita; but the same La Casita chef and proprietor is running it.Chicharron Gorditas and Torta Pastor are as awesome as always!“
