“I had the street tacos. I got tripas (intestines), carnitas, and chicharrons tacos. The carnitas was the best. I would come back to eat the carnitas tacos. The tripas were good but there were some pieces that was chewy. I'm always looking a spot that makes tripa tacos just righr. All in all, its one of the better taqueria place where I get tacos in Muldraugh, Radcliff, and Etown.“

“On Bardstown rd. The picture does not do justice on how much food you get. Spiced but not too spicy and the chicken tasted great. Couple notes: drinks are water, mango and Bassel?( I know I spelled that wrong) and 2. Little bit of a lauguage barrier. Friendly and food arrived in just a few minutes. Will be going again.“

“I've been to La Rosita Sol about 20 times, and thought I should finally leave a review for them. They certainly have earned it. I have only had the burritos and tacos, but they are excellent. The burritos are pretty big, but they cut them in half, so you could make two meals out of one burrito if your appetite is on the smaller side. The burritos reheat very well, so you don't need to worry about losing any of the goodness after a day or two in the fridge. I have tried about a half dozen of the proteins, but they have more than that on the menu. Everything I have had is very good, but the barbacoa stands above the rest for me. It is excellent for sure. I'm not much of a drinker, but it appears they have a decent beer selection if that is your thing. They also sell Cokes that have cane sugar if you are particular about that. The service and food quality is very consistent, and I have never had any problems. I would say the prices are a bit more than your average burrito and taco joint, but I think you really get what you pay for, and I am happy to pay a little more to get this level of quality. This place is a cut above for sure. It is the best burritos I've ever had, and I would say they tie for the best tacos I've had. Way better than anything I have had in Latin America for sure, and much better than most of the places I've been too in the USA as well. La Rosita Sol can compete with any Mexican Restaurant out there, the food is excellent.“

Can say without a doubt, this is one of the best options for Hispanic food.Their tacos are ridiculous, and the burritos are super good.We haven't tried the chuchitos or the empanadas yet, but they're on the list! (They only sell chuchitos Fri-Sun)We've talked with both people in the trailer, they were both super friendly and helpful with menu items. Btw, Xoyita is pronounced "shoy-eat-a".Why they don't have a line down Hurstbourne for miles, is beyond me.“

“Omg Este is beautiful And one hell of a server I started off with 24 fresh oysters. I have never had pickled dill or onion shaved ice to go on top. They do not have any refrigerators here everything is fresh and then I turned around. It was a happy hour, so the oysters was only $2.50 apiece, and my cosmos and martinis were $5. I suggest you stop it two. Then bring me out some more oysters of different kinds, so I could taste them free that was truly lovely. But the topping on the cake was the crab ragoon Hush Puppies Absolutely amazing“

“I finally got to try Chicago's Jerk Tacos and mmmm mmmm! I got the Jerk Grilled Chicken Baked Potato. I don't know where these monster potatoes came from, but I'm here for it. I got two meals out of this ONE tater! It was cheesy, the chicken was flavorful, and I'll be back to try the rest of the menu ASAP.“
