Willing to edit or delete review if service addressed because first several experiences were good. Service has been less good some of the last few times and smoothie purchased last night was awful enough not to return without some communication. I'm unsure if it was even mine, though employee asked my name first. It wasn't in pick up area. It was just sitting on a back counter when I came in.

So tired of the inconsistency. Tired of wondering if today is going to be a smoothie. Today was my last time wasting $20 on 2 blueberry bliss smoothies that were a disgusting watery want to be smoothie, not the thick tasty ones that they should be. I mean how hard is it to follow a recipe to keep drinks consistent
