The young girl that waited on me brought everything I asked her for, but with the personality of a 2 × 4. Her boyfriend was at work with her, and she COULD NOT CARE LESS about serving.
This is the only waffle house I'll eat at. The regular staff there is great, and Woody's an amazing manager! They look like they always have a good time, dressing up for the holidays, and the movies in the parking lot, their football jerseys are great. Every time I walk in, they acknowledge me by first name. No other waffle house or management has ever been so welcoming as this staff, Woody, and his regular staff that is... you can tell when they have other people...
Disappointed in food and staff. Waited awhile and the food was overcooked and dry. Tea was way bitter. I usually don’t complain and it has to be pretty bad for a review like this, but the waitress was goofing off REALLY loud with the teens. I like laid back and authentic personality but there should be some level of discretion and professionalism in a place where it’s supposed to be peaceful and kind.
