Very hit and miss, if they have more than one customer in there I'd leave. I ordered a bucket of extra crispy and an extra thigh extra crispy to go with it on the app... The lady finally got my order after waiting about 15 min she said we ran out of extra crispy thighs so the extra one is regular. I said ok one piece of original is ok. She walked off I left I got home and none of it was extra crispy. Had I of known that I would have got any of it. Waste of money that trip.
I love to eat fried chicken and I live in Jeffersonville. Only a couple Chicken restaurants in the area. Whenever I go to this KFC (Watson) they refuse to allow me to select the cuts of chicken. I normally eat legs, so whenever I ask for all legs they refuse. Seems easy to fix more legs if needed. It's not like I asked for an eight-piece box of all breast's! If I go to Popeye's they are glad to fix what I request. Indi's will fix any combination requested also. I don't understand...read full review

And they was super busy it the only one I go to the food always fresh and hot service great and very clean and it the only one that ever has pot pie when u ask for them the other always say were out 90 percent of the time but if this one out they offer to cook one for you great
