This is THE Pizza place to go while you’re near Kendallville. Best tasting and delicious pizza sauce. Recommend the everything pizza it is mega loaded. But the pepperoni and hamburger is good too. The time you call in when they tell you it’s going to be done is spot on. Call early though, the wait is long since they are only open Thursday to Sunday.
Reading the poorly rated reviews and it makes me laugh, yes it does take a while to get through on the phone and it can be a wait but thats because its the BEST pizza around and a small business thats a staple in our hometown. As for those complaining about too much sauce.. I get extra sauce on mine *gasp*

We got take out frozen pizzas from Jim's, and it was way better than expected. I had heard good things but didn't have time to order fresh, so I ordered a precooked frozen pizza. It was quick, inexpensive, and delicious. It's almost too simple. Jim's has quickly become a staple for my family.
