Red Lobster

Service was good. Not sure why but they were cheap with the cheddar bay biscuits usually that's the first thing you get then they bring more when you are done but they finally brought some after we got our beverages, that's it had to ask for more hmmmm ok!!! Otherwise food was good but honestly no point in putting a greasy piece of fish on paper that disintegrates under it. But overall good.

The customer service was really great and our waitress was very sweet. I ordered the salmon on a salad which was very tasty and low calorie. The portions are big so I couldn't finish my meal. I like for the fact that they have healthy low calorie food options on the menu. Overall great meal.

Our server, Nicole, was awesome. I never had to ask her for anything, because she listened the first time around. Food was great! The interior is definitely showing some wear and tear, hence the 4 stars vs 5.

Our servers Maree was awesome but from the time we came in we waited 15 mins to be seated there was hardly anyone in there . Second my mom ordered Cajun chicken Alfredo the Alfredo wasn’t Cajun . My steak was nothing but rubber the food was just overall awful. My pasta& scampi didn’t have no seasoning. The only good thing about my dinner was the alcohol beverage that was very good the watermelon margarita was AWESOME

Not a relaxing environment l
Evidently, Management can't run a floor where employees can make money without constantly scurrying about in a factory hustle, which makes for terrible customers service and atrocious ambiance.

Gotta tip well for the server's hustle despite the fact that their bustling butt due to mismanagement that ruins the entire experience.

I tipped according to server's worth, not the establishments. Though, next time eating out I'll try another place where, hopefully, I can tip towards both.

This Red Lobster doesn't get enough credit. The food and service are consistently good.

The restaurant was pretty quite when we arrived. The waitress promptly came over to take our drink order. The food took a while and was not that great. I think the Cheddar Bay Biscuit recipe changed. There didn't look like there was any cheddar in the biscuits. They tasted off from what we had in the past. While the lobster tail and crab legs were delicious the shrimp scampi tasted overcooked and rubbery. Overall I was a bit disappointed in my most recent visit to Red Lobster.

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years. Two of us had dinner tonight. Out all you can eat shrimp dinners came out very timely & were delicious, however, our Server, Macy, is who made our visit exceptional. She was sweet, and touched back the perfect amount of times.

The shrimp was really good. The fish and chips were okay. Lots of breading with a little fish. Dad had a salad. It looked really good and fresh. The garlic biscuits were delicious! Hot and fluffy. Yum!! Will return for the shrimp and the biscuits, for sure...

Quality of food is always top notch, but can be pricey, $46.00 for Admirals Feast & glass of water, House Salad is no longer considered as included side, it’s $1.98 extra, choice of Tip starts at 18% & up ! Went in bathroom to wash hands & the smell was disgusting as is the very dated decor. Service just so so w very few people seated. Never going back. O, forgot to mention tiny black bug on window seal.

I've visited this particular restaurant several times, usually shrimp-fest. Usually the service is great, but not on this visit, very unfortunate as we were celebrating our anniversary. Beginning with the seating, we were the only 2 at the concierge desk, yet waited 5+ minutes in a dining area only approximately 50% capacity. When we were seated, it was another 5m before someone came to take our drink order. 10 minutes later my husband received his drink but mine was delayed but would be only a few more minutes. So, since every time we've ever been in any Red Lobster, they bring out the biscuits as soon as we're seated. Not this time. I had to ask for them. When they were not served when my drink came, I was told they were still being made and would be around 20 minutes! It's dinner time ppl! Wouldn't you think, as an employee of a busy restaurant, that you would anticipate the need to keep them made up and ready to serve?? Well to the food, my husband just ordered the fish and chips. I opted to celebrate with the admeral's feast. Had many options. I ordered a salad and requested they leave off the onions. They brought it to the table as if they actually dumped an entire cut up onion! So that went back. A few minutes later we had a new server. No salad, but at least she brought
the biscuits. And once again, hubby received his plate while I waited. And the new server was not aware that I had to send back the salad. So new salad served at same time of full meal, meanwhile hubby was almost finished with his meal. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the floor was wet both inside the stalls and really wet near the sinks. And the odor was unbelievably nauseating. I commented about that as I was walking out to two employees and they stated that the odor was related to something coming up from the grate in the floor so they poured hot water into the grate. Wow, I wonder whose bright idea that was! Well, it was so bad that my appetite was ruined. This was all in all the worst experience we've ever encountered at a Red Lobster, and I (we) will never return. Paid over $100 for the worst dining experience ever!
