I have always loved 7 brew and was so excited when it came to Kokomo! For the most part it’s good. I get all sorts of different drinks, but no drink ever taste the same the next time I get it. I have used my free drink on drinks that aren’t made correctly and it’s a big bummer. It’s definitely hit or miss if it’s going to be good. There was one day I was in the drive through and the crew were throwing drinks. When I got to the register the guy asked if I wanted to “see something really cool” he then had my drink thrown to him from inside the building and I was in the second lane. The lid popped off and some spilled out when he tried to catch it. I am all for having a good time at work but throwing drinks is very unprofessional. If my drinks could be consistently good I’d give 5 stars!

1 st time we went the drunks were made horrible! Went back and bought 4 fmgift cards, 1 with $25 and 3 with $10! The girl had a very hard time with that, she handed me the gift cards, I asked which one had the $25 on it and she wasn't sure,, but she thought it was the last one, okay! I was tild by her to check them on an App. That they DONT HAVE! I asked for a receipt and her and the manager both said they didn't know how to get a receipt! Wow that's probably because they didn't put all the money in the gift cards! They only put $10 on each of them!!! Someone has my $15!!!!! Then I been trying to reach someone, there are 12 numbers listed online fir you to call, no one will answer! Good luck if you go to 7 brew in kokomo, there is one on the south side of indy, that's amazing! That manager at that location knows how to manage, super friendly, fast and the drinks are awesome!

I love this place!! the people are so friendly and helpful. The blondie is awesome when I want a hot drink and the cold brew with white chocolate and peppermint topped with cold foam is AMAZING!

Service is slow, even for a coffee joint. Their cold brew taste like it's store bought bottled coffee, has that weird sharp aftertaste to it. I've been 4 times and tried different things, I'm not impressed. But it's the only late night coffee option in this town.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm a starbucks regular and personally I think 7 brew cold brew is better!!!The customer service is tip notch. The employees were very upbeat, helpful, and friendly!I'll definitely be back!!!
