I came in to eat earlier this week. I brought 7 people and everyone had a meal that wasn't worth eating. The steak was so tough you couldn't cut it, the French onion soup was water, the wings had no sauce, just all around horrible. I spent almost $200 on our meal. I wasn't going to leave a review because Kyle the manager insisted I call the next night and he would make it up to us. When I called he acted fake and unprofessional! He even said someone paid our bill as if I shouldn't be calling when in fact we paid 2 other people's bill costing us another $70 for 2 elderly couples that was next to us. So maybe next time when you're trying to be "snarky" get your facts straight!! I wouldn't expect a manager to act this way and try to make someone feel bad after you was the one that insisted we took your card and called for some lousy coupons like that makes up for the horrible meal and waisted time and money. A sincere person to deal with would've meant more.

I was meeting some family members whom I hadn't seen in a while. We chose Applebee's as we wanted a place that would be relaxing and have good food. It had been several years since I'd been to this location since we live in a different town. We were seated within a couple of minutes of arriving. Everything was served fairly quickly, and the food was hot. We were in and out within an hour. All in all, it was an enjoyable day.
Got there at 1pm and it was near empty, but exceedingly slow. Took almost 2 hours.

Came in after a funeral with my brother to get some food and ordered a whiskey sour. The bartender never brought it and was just hanging out with other employees laughing. When our food came I just said whatever and assumed she had forgot and I didn’t want the drink this late into the visit. She never came back to check on us and we eventually paid in the kiosk at the table. She brought our receipt and the whiskey sour was on it. I said something to her and she smugly laughed that she could give it to me now. I won’t be back here after being cheated out of $9. Check your receipts and beware.

Been there twice, sat at the bar and both bartenders were friendly.. each time I got the combo platter off the apps menu and two tall coors lights… both combo platters came out warm and tasted great, only reason it didn’t get five stars because I wanted to sub my spinach dip for queso, they said it would be an up charge… fine, I was thinking $1.50-$2 but FOUR dollars for queso is a bit much
We usually go to the Noblesville location which we absolutely love! Decided to stop atbthe kokomo location and it was below subpar! The portions were laughable! For what you pay it was not worth the money, very disappointed! We will not return to the kokomo location

I love this Applebee's. We have ended our December meeting at Applebee's for the last 3 years. They are so accommodating, and our server did a wonderful job. She was the same server from last year. The food was delicious, and we had enough room for our fun. Thank you Kokomo Applebee's.

It had been a long time since I have been to Applebee's... pleastly surprised!! Bartender was sooo nice and helpful, food was very good and drink were on point. Overall great experience!

The waitress didn't come around very much, it was busy,( they only get a certain amount of tables) if you can't keep up to present drinks, appetizers, & food out b4 it gets cold, that's not good service whoever trained her, didn't do it properly, She was really trying though, I tipped her very well, My main complaint is I was over charged for several things, when I asked her, her reply was price increase, yet that wasn't the price on menu, I told she needed to tell management, It wasn't addressed,, Probably won't be going there again, Paid my bill & left, It sure wasn't worth $125.00
It took 45 minutes just to get the food and then they gave us day old Mac and cheese and wouldn't give us hot sauce
