New Philly is all cheese no flavor. Its not good at all. The bun is tough and it's just not good. Wasted my money. Should of listened to all the TikToks. Epic Fail.

I was literally just through their drive thru. Placed order for 2 ham and cheese, 2 deluxe burgers. 2 toast beef, a chicken sandwich and an orange shake. They shorted me my 2 roast beef. I called 3 times and they wouldn’t answer the phone! This is getting to become a habit with them! So over Arby’s!!!

I sure do love going to Arby’s with Brandy and Elias after a long day of work. That Johnny boy always wips up a good Ruben and he always makes sure to add some extra fixings. That boy should have done a sport with the way he handles all the cooking. This is a 10/10 restaurant and I can’t wait to order a Ruben and get some extra fixings from that Johnny boy

This was honestly a great experience all around the atmospheres is unforgettable. This is a great place to go on Sundays after church and me and my two friends Elias and Webby sure do enjoy ourselves here so far. My favorite part is that Johnny boy always put a little bit extra on my Ruben for me it really makes my day especially on a fine Sunday. This town would truly be not as good as it is, but I’m so glad that we have this Arby’s and that Johnny boy to serve our sandwiches.
Most days we get trapped at our desks for lunch. So we send one of our co-works out on a we buy you fly gig. Well today it was Arby's and a co-worker that has a little bit of a speech impediment. The Manager working takes the order form from him starts typing in the order impatiently mind you my guy knows all these sandwiches are sliders and it's happy hour. He gets back I see my receipt For $50 on what was suppose to be a $15 lunch for 2 people. Confused I asked the co worker and he said she took the paper from him and did it all on her own. So I called in to try and fix this situation. To be told they have not had Happy Hour since COVID. Funny we wrote our order off the pic below but whatever but why did I get 4 regular sandwiches at full price when they were supposed to be to sliders. If you would have been a little understanding with my guy he would have gotten everything right. Horrible customer service and from a manager. Then being argumentative when you get caught on it. We order lunch everyday and I can tell you one place we will not be ordering from again!!

Last night, it was late and I was exhausted and starving. I looked at the time and realized if I wanted Arby's, I'd have to hurry. It was 15 mins before their posted closing time. I'd love to give a big shout out to Thea and Shawn! I asked their names, lol. They were very professional and kind. My food was greasy and hot and they were very patient. Honestly, the best customer service and food I'd had in a long time! Thanks ladies!
