Food was good but it seems like the beef & cheddar has a lot less roast beef then it used to. Like the addition of sauces they have. Several more than just the usual Arby's sauce & horseradish.

Is it normal business practice at this location to ignore customers? I knew it was a sign when I pulled up and two employees were hating on their job in the parking lot, then I got a whiff of marijuana.I went in anyway, was acknowledged by a cook who told me to wait for someone to come to the register. After 2-3 minutes, one of the two in the parking lot came in and asked, "what do you want". The second one walked in and I immediately smelled marijuana again, glanced at her tag and she was the shift manager. This is normal hiring practice Arby's?And they want 15/hour?
just terrible communication, we're getting aggravated with me. tenders were fresh so that's a plus.

My son was given a raw piece of chicken on his chicken sandwich, nevermind that the sandwich was over 8 dollars for 1. Took it back, they gave us another sandwich, asked for roast beef instead. Roast beef coast $6, they gave me a coupon for a small drink. Umm, that doesn't cover the price of the original chicken sandwich, or my son having a stomach ache now, and knowing he put raw meat in his system. Upsetting, no more takeout for us. We are done.

Manager was very rude, gave me a very fatty brisket. Yes, brisket is a fatty meat but not that fatty. I will not be returning to Arby’s ever. Y’all ruined it for me.

Staff was friendly in taking the order and dealing with a new system change. Unfortunately, the inside was a bit gross and a turn off. Staff working on cleaning the outside but the inside tables and floors were sticky and could use a good cleaning (esp during what appeared to be some downtime). The bathrooms were also a bit undesirable with toilets backed up and toilet paper all over the floor. There was hardly any customers to be seen but maybe 3 total, yet plenty of staff with a few not looking too busy being on their phones that could be wiping tables and picking up the floor. Food was okay. Have had better at other Arby's locations.
