Stopped by Ben’s Soft Pretzels inside Markland Mall in Kokomo, and it was a pretty standard experience. I was serviced right away, which was nice, and the setup is simple. Restrooms and parking are shared with the mall, so access is easy. The pretzel itself, though, didn’t meet my expectations. Compared to a typical Auntie Anne’s, the taste and texture just weren’t on the same level. Nothing terrible, just not something I’d come back for.

Had a great experience November 6th at closing. Saw the We Care trees and got delicious Ben's pretzel bites with cheddar cheese and a Pepsi. The young man working was very nice and kind. Highly recommend Ben's! P.S. I've purchased the pretzel kit in past and did at home with Grankids..HUGE hit!

The pop machine needs cleaned. I was getting a Mt Dew and black pieces of mold came out. These should be cleaned daily!!

I love pretzels, I came to Ben’s to get some although they are good I feel like I was scammed. They didn’t have any large cups of pretzels so I was “forced” to buy two small Imma big guy and hungry at that. Then when asked if I wanted a dippin sauce I said yeah not knowing it was nearly a dollar for the sauce, honesty I shudnt be charged for sauce after not having what I originally wanted.12$ for a snack, I shud have just went and got lunch

Good pretzels but maaan, the manager was on her phone the entire time and only hopped off to yell at her employees for messing something up. She also let the other female sit on her phone while the men worked.

Have a pretzel day! Not anymore. ? The new nacho cheese is disgusting. I loved the original cheese but the new stuff is revolting. So disappointed. I will no longer be having a pretzel day. ??

Pretzel was good, service sucks!! The girl that checked us out was nice and the women who was filling the warmer up was rude. Complained and rolled her eyes because I asked for the bigger pretzel. RUDE.

First off the Broke had amaizing customer service very polite and great smile. This was my first time trying. I took my daughter and her friend as a treat. OMG THEY WERE SO SOFT AND DELICIOUS. We all had a meal deal. Pepperoni, jalapeños,and bacon. We all tries each other's. EVERYONE WAS SOFT FRESH AND DELICIOUS. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT THE OVEN?? We were thinking about icecream as a dessert BUT UUUUMMM NO WE WERE SO FREAKING FULL!!! UGHH U MUST TRY. I HATE YO SAY IT BUT ANT ANNIE PRETZELS HAVE NOTHING ON THIS PLACE. THISNIS MY NEW PRETZEL GO TO PLACE WGEN I CRAVE ONE!!!!
