The quality of Blondie’s has significantly declined in the past year or so. The cookies appear to be prepackaged and taste like they were bakes at least the day before and in another location. If i wanted pre-packaged cookies I’d go to the grocery store and pay a lot less. The quality is not there anymore.

The cookies were wonderful but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The man was very unpleasant and very rude at the university mall in Mishawaka Indiana. It was a very sad experience, but we really enjoyed the cookies.

My wife and I, both seniors, purchased 6 regular cookies and 1 box of mini iced box. We paid and left and realized we only had the 6 cookies as we were shipping these out of state.We called but was told nothing was left behind. I know better and at $14 I am disappointed of this service on a senior couple that we would not be anything other than honest, geez.
I ordered a 6 pack of sprinkles cookies for my birthday on 8/23/23. I was very unhappy about the way they tasted. The Kokomo Indiana store ruined my birthday because they tasted like baking soda. Everyone who tried on said that they were terrible. Thanks for letting me down

Blondies is by far the superior cookie in the area. They're always soft, sweet and fresh! I never go to the mall without grabbing my Blondies! Don't be swayed by these other reviews. The quality is definitely worth it!

Just took my son here and paid almost $30 for six cookies.. when she told me the price I was taken back— definitely will not be returning to these yet, delicious but overpriced cookies.. thought it was odd no menu price posted. I probably would’ve walked away and went somewhere else.. definitely highly recommend putting up a menu w prices and maybe making your cookie size a little bigger for the price. (yes, I could’ve asked the price that was on me, but had an excited four year old)
