The service was lacking in overall hospitality, with a lot of hovering. Food took well over an hr. The sandwich I had Bacon Patty Melt was surprisingly really good. The kids wings (traditional & boneless) all looked like wings that were edible. The take out wings… looked as though, they were cooked long before we got there.
The waiter, really missed an opportunity for a decent payday. I gave him 15% on a $110 check. His effort, and hospitality was lacking a little. And let some old wings slip out the takeout door.

Today my mother and I came to your restaurant with my service dog. We were welcomed and placed in a booth. My service dog laid under the table and one of the gentleman who is a waiter was kind enough to bring her a bowl of water without us asking. It was nice to be welcomed with a service dog like we were today.

Awful service here in the Kokomo BWs. Have been here a few times in last couple months thinking maybe it would be better the next time. Waited at the host station for 10 minutes while employees just walk by. Waited another 10 minutes to place our drink order. Not many people there either.

Completely disappointed, ordered 20 bone in wings and was shorted 2. Wings were horribly small compared to what I’ve had in the past. For comparison they are about the size of a baby carrot. Can’t believe this is the quality of food I paid over $30 for.

Went get a to go order and I felt like we were bothering them. No class. The only that was good is the manager open the door for me as I had 4 bags of food.

Their cauliflower wings are just SO good. The meal arrived surprisingly quick, especially for a Buffalo Wild Wings.
