Absolutely terrible. I ordered the new SpongeBob meal in hopes that I would get everything I ordered. They were out of the float and didn’t even give me the strawberry pie. Why would you make someone pay $16 for a burger and terrible cold tasting bacon tots.

Easy Going

it’s a shame we can’t get our whole order and we get home and we’re short food. I came through there and I paid $38 for me my wife and my boys to eat but yeah I get home and there’s no french fries for my kids and me. You guys really need to up your game if you’re gonna charge a premium price for premium food customers need to make sure they get them.

Omg, This is the best burger. I've ever received from BK. The burger was hot and juicy and the fries were delicious. The folks there were very kind and professional and wished me a good day. Yall are stepping up your game.

Rude staff not willing to make anything right after I mistakingly ordered at a burger king across town. Show them my receipt on the app even. I was instructed to deal with the app. They won't help at all. It was the last of the money I had on my card. So I just lost my money.

We stopped after a race on our way home close to midnight and was told they were closed by another customer coming out of the drive thru. The employee hung his head out of the drive thru windows and asked if we needed to order that we could come thru with our trailer or walk up!! Outstanding customer service!!
