If I could give a zero I definitely would. Spent $24.58. They said the ice cream machine was down. Replaced my order with a coke. Evan who I spoke to on the phone said he can not give me my money back because he personally bagged my items and they did not miss any item in it . I recorded the conversation he so rudely had with me. I will be speaking to the manager. I want my money back. Sat in the drive through for more than 5 minutes and eventually placed a mobile order. That should’ve been sign one. They are extremely rude and unprofessional I will be leaving reviews daily until that boy is fired.

Food was completely wrong, ordered a double cheeseburger and got a dry burger patty on a bun, another sandwich was supposed to be a chicken sandwich with bacon and we got a chicken sandwich drowned in mayo no bacon and none of our sauces were in our bag. Called multiple times but no one answers the phone and the piece of garbage app is “down” tell your kitchen to do better. I’ve worked fast food, it’s not that hard to read a receipt of YOUR menu items nothing was custom.

We went today for the Spongebob meals...i ordered 3 all customized cuz we don't like tomatoes or ketchup n my boys don't like pickles...the girl at the window was extremely friendly...however not a single one of our burgers were made right...and they were kinda cold...the tots were definitely amazing n the rest of the meal was good too...i checked the receipt n it had the customizations on there correctly so how hard is it to make a burger correctly to order! That was really our only issue w everything n of course the DT line was extremely long so i wasn't about to go bk through to have it remade...next time ill check before driving off!!

All guys working tonight great service very polite staff and very clean would recommend especially evening shift way to go exceptional experience
Sounds super nice I get to the window and she basically shoves my drink at me while she's trying to do something else when I pulled up to the window she was on her phone and then they're sitting there playing games while my food is waiting to be bagged. Turn on the manager came by and corrected them and they were still decently rude did not tell me to have a good night which I know to a lot of people doesn't mean anything but I like to hear it at least and I'm honestly disappointed with who Burger King hired usually when I come through a deal with Evan and he's awesome he's always super awesome super nice and his manager is awesome too but tonight was absolutely disrespectful

It was pretty good but the cashier didn't pay attention to the little car that I had where my meal was free and they was going to charge me they didn't look at it close enough so I had to show it to him a little bit better and make them look at it closer other than that the service was pretty good and the food was good
