Stood at the counter for several minutes this morning while multiple employees passed by without saying a word. The customer service keeps getting worse every time I go.
Customer service!!!! I went to the Burger King out by the heights first..I had a free kids meal card and I know I have to pay for the upcharge for shakes..it's around $1.50 for upcharge but they tried charging me over $3 for the shake so I took my card back told them I would go to the other Burger King knowing they would get it right they were rude about it..well of course they called the other Burger King on Lafountain and who knows what was said but this time was told the correct...read full review
I was sitting at the actual order box for 10 minuets this morning with no one saying a word to me. The car in front of me went through the same thing. Then when I finally got to order, every time I would say anything they’d say “anything else” and sound annoyed when I was ordering more. There were 4 cars behind me (after 3 cars left) and I know they’ll be even more annoyed when they get told they can’t order any breakfast since it would have been after 10:30, 10 minuets...read full review
