I’ve been to several BK’s in Kokomo and out of town and never have I ever had this kinda service. I get the Burrito Jr, no sausage (sub egg) as I don’t eat pork or beef. Firstly, my order of two was not extra egg and didn’t have the sauce they put in them, had two instead of 3 hash rounds (that may have changed but I was unaware). Secondly, as I ordered my meal I was told they typically charge for “extra” egg. So people who don’t eat pork or beef have to pay for the meat even though they’re not going to eat it as well as pay extra for a substitution? They’re clearly understaffed at this location as the first thing said was “it’s gona be a minute.” The dining area is well kept, the food was less than I expected and the staff are clearly over worked and underpaid which can be noticed just by their behaviors. Over all great restaurant, unfortunately, the food and service were less than savory.Vegetarian options: The only items on the menu that’s vegetarian are fries, hash rounds, french toast sticks and juices/beverages.

I came in today Megan took my order I was disappointed she messed my order up completely so I called here she was rude about replacing my order cursed me out told me I can’t get it replaced n to wait to talk to her gm IAm very disappointed because I live on the other side of town n she wanted me to bring to whole sandwich back all the way over there all because she can’t take directions on how I want it paying for a double whopper n only getting a single is crazy I feel like I got cheated say thank to the rude lady because u lost a customer that would stop there every week

Kid friendly burger place.Better than McDonalds in most aspects. The burgers taste flame grilled because they are. A sweat treat of frozen cokes is always refreshing and tasty. Just as McDonals, their food could be hotter in temp.Most of the tables and floors are generally cleaner than McDonalds.The wait staff are friendliest at McDonalds. I rarely see a smile from the Burger King workers.Smile it up, peeps! Your food takes rank over MickeyDees!
First I would like to say I never really review any place because I find it pointless but I have to talk about this place at the night aspect. I work whatever my job gives me, so at times during the day or noon, its great the food is amazing and the employees are amazing and silly. They seem to enjoy working there or even just have fun or clown around. Nights however, I don't know how many times I would sit in and see a woman, and don't want to be rude or anything but she is more on the plus size, up front on her phone, playing Disney music out loud, and worst of all; she just seems very filthy, unkept, and with hair on her chin. I mean I thought she was a guy and accidently said sir when I sat there, waiting to order, to only have a slight attitude or disrespectful remarks about me when I go in and order food. Other times, lobby is closed when they shouldn't close lobby. Like last time it was at 7pm, I just got off of work and I couldn't walk inside to order my usual, a whopper with cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and tomatoes with a large fry and a large sweet tea. So I end up having to go to drive to order, then I pull up to the window, only to wait for about another 10 minutes. Its insane how nights are worse than days and it boggles me. Days is when to go so everyone on day shift do a killer job and makes everything as accurate as possible. Now I can't say that every night person is rude, there is one that is younger in the back that is helpful and seems dedicated to his job. The backliner or cook that is for the night, he's good. But the rest seem to not care at all. At times when I drive by to go to another location to get food for the night (to practically avoid that bk at night), I see the vast majority of employees and management outside and not doing anything and smoking. Overall I refuse to go there at night anymore because of the experiences I have had to encounter. Go there during the day and you'll enjoy the food a lot more. DO NOT GO THERE AT NIGHT AT ALL!

For some reason the ac was set to “arctic” today so I was shivering. They always mess something up at this location and sure enough, tomatoes when we asked for no tomatoes. Maybe she couldn’t hear over the loud and obnoxious banter going on. That may account for her not hearing my husband say he wanted a whopper meal and then not giving him a meal.Honestly though the food is good, even if it’s wrong.
