I want to give a shout out to the two workers (Connor and Manda) that made my food today exactly as ordered, which is unusual at most places for me these days, and they also were very friendly. These are the kind of employees that still give me hope for customer service. I even had enough cheese for my fries! š I had to go back in and get their names and tell them I appreciate their great service and smiles!! Thanks again!

They don't allow customizations on doordash so you're forced to buy from their site so they can charge a $5 delivery fee for them to then send it to door dash anyway. Extremely scummy business practice.

The food we ordered was set aside for an online order. It sat there for 10 minutes before we asked how long it would be then they gave us our cold sandwiches and half of the sandwiches didn't even have anything on it. Worst dinner experience I have ever had

Stopped by Charleyās Philly Cheesesteak in Kokomo for the first time and I dined in. The menu took a little time to digest, but I was able to decide eventually. The restaurant itself wasnāt the cleanest in my opinion, and that carried over to the restrooms as well. Employees seemed a bit dazed, both when taking my order and when I asked a follow-up question. Parking is shared with the nearby businesses, so itās convenient enough.

Five stars as usual great everything, I will say if you have ever been to Philly and have had a Philly cheesesteak from there. Thereās no comparison there is so much more meat but the flavors on there theyāre good on the flavor the good on everything.

I will start by saying that usually this is our favorite restaurant when we are traveling through Kokomo but definitely not tonight. It was evident they did not want our business. Maybe it was because today is Memorial Day and the workers (mainly one) were ready to be done with their shift. We were told when we arrived at 7:30pm that we couldnāt eat it there (the restaurant didnāt close until 8:00pm). Even though we were there 30 minutes before closing, that was fine. We got it to go and sat outside because it was a nice enough evening. The whole time the person making the food was cooking it she looked extremely mad and angry that we were even there. After leaving (and eating outside) I did go in once to get more ketchup. Shortly after I went in, the worker with attitude, came over and locked the front door and turned off the āopenā sign. This was at 7:49pm. Another customer came and they made him get his to go too. Another family came after they locked up and inquired so I just informed them they shut down early. The food was delicious but the service was not what it usually is. I am very disappointed. Five Guys next door looked very happy and welcoming. Should have gone there.

After having one heck of a day already my daughter and I wanted something to eat and found charleys on google.. We walk in and finally decided what we want to order and my card is not working! I said let me go online and place the order and the website would not work lol..the manager (i think his name is caleb) comes and tries to help and it won't work for him either..long story short he made us food and brought it to us and said I hope this makes your day better..he has no idea how much this turned my day around..I am normally the one who pays and does things all the time for others without any reasoning, just because its the right thing to do so I am floored and so grateful..what a sweet man. I will refer charleys to everyone and this will be our go to when we come to kokomo..thank you so very much. What an amazing manager and staff..Oh and the food was super good ā¤ļøš„°
