Service is great but the food is subpar compared to others of the same franchise. Definitely hits the spot when you're in a pinch and way more affordable than a lot of things in this economy.

My first time going to a Chilis ever. I was excited to try the viral honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. And they were just as amazing if not more amazing than I imagined! All the food was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent’! :) Definitely a new favorite place to go for me!

Experience started with walking in and the place smelled bad of body odor. I ordered an appetizer that never arrived and had to tell the waitress after I was done eating my lunch that it needed to be taken off the bill. I had to ask for napkins. You think that would be a given at a table. Overall a horrible experience.

The burgers and fries are definitely a higher quality experience here. Queso sauce with jalapeño increased overall satisfaction. Freshly cooked and juicy.
Anyone who is willing to pay $5-10 more for higher quality food and the sit down experience plus spices should come here.
The three for me is a great value. Got the smash burger. It was delicious. Great sized burger. Fries salad and beverages good too. Ordered for pickup. Food fresh when picked up. Will definitely order again.

Dined here after my daughter received her nursing pin from IUK. We had a lovely time and our server who was new was very friendly and helpful. We had my two granddaughters with us who are 5 months and 23 months and the staff at this Chili’s was very calm and supportive. The food was served promptly and hot and very flavorful. I myself on a dr prescribed no fat diet I wished chilis had a variety of fresh vegetarian low fat options especially with the new year upon us. I ordered the chili bowl I believe which had white rice in it I’m not allowed and brown rice should be an option but everything else in that bowl was what was ok for me to eat. It’s been a very difficult decision for me to go eat and only see salmon and believe me I’m sure the salmon is very delicious but the first week I was put on this diet I couldn’t possibly eat any more fish, yuck! I’m supposed to eat fish three times weekly with omega 3 supplements. The protein bowls at chilis is very delicious and the chipotle sauce on the chicken was on point, just delicious! This restaurant was community friendly as my daughters nursing program from IUK professors or nurses in the community approached our table and congratulated me having two adult children that have graduated their BSN program and told my daughter it was heard of to just have two babies and keep pushing on and receive her degree And praised both me and my mother and told us we should be very proud which we are extremely proud of both brother and sister accomplishing what they have. I felt happy and comfortable and we laughed and ate delicious food and it was an extremely full house due to the pinning ceremony that evening. Very happy with Chilis servers, cooks, and the Kokomo community.
