kokomo Indiana location. I've went 3 times and everytime there is something missing or dressing is forgotten...this time the rice was still hard and clumped. won't be back.

Staff is okay, customer service wise. Terrible portions though when it comes to protein. And they don’t know how to make a double wrap burrito, which should be just standard training at this point. 🙄 Should probably ask them to weight the meat next time.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, visiting locations across the U.S. and consistently ordering a side of white rice in a bowl for my son. An employee at a different location once recommended ordering it this way to ensure he had plenty to eat at a reasonable price, and it has always worked well—until today.
At the Chipotle in Markland Mall, I was informed that I would be charged for three sides of rice instead of one. When I asked when this policy changed, the employee insisted that it had always been their policy.
While I don’t mind paying a little extra for my son’s meal, this experience left me frustrated. It feels like yet another example of corporate greed seeping into every aspect of our lives. What’s disheartening is that employees enforcing these policies don’t benefit from them—no raises, no rewards—just higher costs passed on to their customers and community.
I hope Chipotle considers the impact of these practices and focuses on maintaining a customer-first approach rather than nickel-and-diming over something as simple as rice.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous and they were out of many things,here lately I always pick up through the drive thru for my son and he says he no longer wants your food, because they never make it right and it’s never any good anymore,how hard is it to make a burrito with instructions on what to put on it, regular, extra, etc?????

Just got food poisoning from this location, heard the other location gets reports of food poisoning a lot too. I also trained at the lafountain location and the trainers didn't let us cook the raw chicken all the way to 165°, told us we could not cook past 5 minutes otherwise it disrupts the flow of food to the main line. They prioritze speeding through customers rather than making quality food. I'm so done with chipotle!!

The most efficient chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to several. Whoever the big guy that was running the line this morning was the best I’ve ever seen. Totally diligent. He should be running chipotle, not just a store in a shopping center.

The server was rude . I asked a couple of questions that she couldn't answer. I asked if they had any more queso cheese. The one on the line looked old and brown. She informed me that is that is what she was serving. This wasn't like 9:30 when they were getting ready to close. It was 6:00 pm.

Kokomo Chipotle at Markland Mall needs to do better on their online order pickups. I ordered this chicken bowl with double the chicken, as well as rice, salsa, shredded cheese, and Queso. Close to half of the bowl was missing. I don’t tend to gripe about portions, but when I’m paying $15 for your food, the least you could do is fill the bowl.

My Mom just wanted a little bite. She ordered a burrito bowl with very little food in it. They charged her $14! I even spoke to the "manager". And he said that was the charge; no special price for very little food.
We won't be back. And I used to love the place.
Besides, the place was dirty and the seats uncomfortable. Don't go there...

Food is always cross-contaminated and people are acting like they don't know how to change out their gloves OTHER PEOPLES FOOD MADE A MESS ON THEM!!! NASTY... TIRED CORN SPREAD IN OTHER CONTAINERS... I TRIED NOT TO POST THIS FOR MONTHS... NOTHING CHANGED. I STOP EATING THERE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO KEEP IT CLEAN... FOOD.. ALL OVER COUNTERS ANDFLOORS...... I ONLY GO.. PICKUP FOOD FOR OTHER PEOPLE... ALL THIS IS AT THE MALL!!! Hopefully they get it straight on the new one.
