For starters, this place is absolutely outrageous! The play times are ridiculous, ordered a pepperoni pizza and they gave me sausage and pepperoni which tasted old as heck. They added in a trampoline that no one was even jumping on it (cost extra). My daughter was disappointed about some of the games she liked were down or some were gone because of the trampoline. I overheard other parents complaining about it as well. You’re already paying so much why charge just to jump? You barely get any tickets anymore and the prize area is literally a joke. Who is going to get 10,000 tickets just for a toy car? Definitely won’t be back after this. Sad that it was so fun when I was a kid but can’t say the same thing for my child 🙃

This is the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have ever visited, and I have seen many. I witnessed training of staff to clean, and the trainer was very thorough. You could tell the standard for cleanliness is high at this establishment. I applaud the management, keep up the great job!

When we go the store is usually clean and the games working. Staff has been friendly in answering questions.
