The staff did a great job and the food was fresh and hot. The problem was that we ordered an appetizer plate and It didn't occur to me until after we left that the meatballs were left out.

My daughter wanted to try the new trampoline, so it was $12. When we get in there it is locked. I have to find a worker to unlock it. Then he has to stand there in front of the gate and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. They need to have a key swipe card to open the gate not a manual lock. It was just 3 small trampolines.

My son had a birthday party there and wanted to use the trampoline. It's locked and the sign says to ask the staff to use and has height regulations. All 4 of my children were at the correct height regulation and I told my son to ask one of the workers being a middle aged lady to use the trampoline as the sign instructed. I was in a clear ear shot of him asking her and her reply saying to my son " it costs A LOT of money " and ending the conversation by walking away. I was very upset at how she treated my son as if he wasn't worthy to even come back to ask me for money. She should have given the price of using the trampoline, letting the paying customers decide whether or not we would pay for it. Highly disrespectful judging us as if we were too poor to even know the price to jump. I highly look forward to telling everyone I speak to in person about upcoming birthdays to not attend this Chuckie cheese until that employee is enlightened on how to treat customers without condescending them or just doesn't work there at all.

The girl who was at the register when we walked in was very informative. Very polite. She was extremely helpful in ordering what we needed and wanted that would fit our budget. My daughter ordered wings and she asked for barbecue wings and they were ring up as buffalo wings. When my husband went up to exchange them or asked for them to be exchanged if they made a huge deal about it, he was up there for at least 10 minutes trying to figure out if they were going to switch them out or not. Finally, I got up and went up to the register and I told them that she asked for barbecue wings, not buffalo wings and that we needed a replacement because she could not eat the spicy wings. The manager got a very big attitude. Rang them up and pretty much snatched the other order of wings out of my hands if you were going to keep them or something. And then about 15-20 minutes later we got the other wings and my daughter could barely eat those because they were all nothing but fat. But the pizza was good. Prices are a little high but I was expecting that. We did get plenty of free play time. But I don't think the ticket count is correct. When you play the game where you push the button and stop and you're supposed to get that many tickets. There was no way of doing clothes. My son hit 300 something every time but when we went to cash in we only had 294 tickets.
