This is a great hometown place to get amazing ice-cream, a coney or something else simple. The staff always greats you with a smile. The traffic can be wrapped around the building on any given day but they move you through the line quickly. It's a must visit to grab a quick bite or your favorite shake when driving through Kokomo, IN.

We were going to dine in but the young lady working cashier tonight 8:30 pm 11/22/25 was completely rude ans unprofessional. Definitely don't want to go to a family restaurant and go to order and the cashier is really rude all bc you said you were ready to order and bc you asked for a certain type of ice cream that they didn't have okay my bad it says you have it in milkshakes on your menu no need to trip. We ended up leaving after we got our food. If your that miserable with your job then don't work in that kind of place.

Great soft serve ice cream! Service could definitely improve on politeness and friendliness. It would also be nice if they opened a second location, I’m surprised the city has not made any complaints due to traffic issues at cone palace.

You cannot visit, pass through or live in Kokomo & not love Cone Palace! Don't look for healthy food here but rather for the Nacho Dog add Jalapeño's, Yes Please!!! The French Fries are so good with nacho cheese to dip in! My fav is a Chocolate Marshmallow shake, nothing better!! I live for December & the Seasonal Peppermint Milkshake!! This shake is sublime & screams Christmas is upon us!! Stop by & try one it's many treats, you will be hooked. The traffic can sometimes be tricky, I'd suggest you park & go inside. The dining area is bright & clean, perfect for a casual dinner with the kids.

I have been going to this cone palace for yrs. Tonight I bought my usual ice cream nutty cones. I got them home and to my surprise they were a inch smaller. But cost the same price. This is nothing more than greed on the owner part. Don't mind pay for a good product. But cutting it in half. That sucks.
