better management HEAVILY recommended. the place is drowning working with the cheapest equipment and the worse attitudes from managers. lots of lies and rumors and trash talking instead of teaching and talking and explaining to employees. Also if you get promised a raise and manager position, you'll be worked like a dog then your hours will be cut.

The first time my wife and I visited this place was for a comedy night and overall we had a great time. It took literally 20+ minutes to get a drink but they were absolutely packed! We stopped in tonight for dinner and a drink or two and things seemed to be going great, our server was quick and took our drink and app order, they were out of the beer we wanted but no big deal. He quickly followed with taking our dinner order. Let me say they were not busy at all when we got there, it much seating and many open tables. Our wings took 30 minutes to come out and our server apologized and said the kitchen was backed up… sounded odd considering our table and 2 others were the only ones without there food but whatever since they were very good. We ordered a chicken wrap and a burger for our meals and it didn’t arrive until after an hour after we ordered ?. We finished our ok but not great meal and waited for almost 10 more minutes with debit card in hand waiting on our bill and a to go container while the other 2 servers walked by continuously looking like they hate life, finally when our waiter reappears explaining he’s working in the kitchen also I quickly hand my card to him and paid the bill, later I exalted it and although I only had 2 beers and my wife had 1, we were charged for 5 ?. Simple mistake or not all things considered we will not be going back.

We had a great time at Cooper's Pub! It was our second time there, having some food and drink before the Thursday night comedy.We had boneless chicken wings (many sauces to choose from, but I like garlic Parmesan). Very tasty sauce! Also, the Buffalo chicken salad - I will definitely be getting that again soon. It came with one of their fried breadsticks, something I've heard of - and it was very good!Service was great again! Well done, everybody.I will take away one star because the music doesn't fit the aesthetic, and the incense in the basement is a bit much for me. Just for the sake of information.We'll definitely be back!
