We got the garlic Parmesan stuff'd crust with cheddar blend Xtra cheese with no tomato sauce, we got creamy garlic instead. Ate the pie at 80 mph and it was gone before we got where we were going. The 4 of us eat pizza together often.
Ordered extra sauce extra cheese on a few hand tossed. Complete opposite the pizza was so thin I couldn't see or taste any sauce and hardly any cheese not to mention air bubbles. Multiple times Michael at the drive thru forgot the sauce cups. I'm closer to sycamore but I just drive down to Washington st dominos they're alot more professional.

Ordered pizza with extra barbecue sauce. It’s been the last two or three times I’ve done it and they didn’t put hardly any barbecue sauce on it and I paid extra for it and then whenever I go back to let them know, they just put barbecue sauce on top of it and there’s literally no barbecue sauce on the pizza at all basically so I don’t know where the extra comes in to play, but I need to stop paying for it cause they don’t put any on it anyways. Y’all need to get new people in there or something to get this figured out cause I like going to this Domino’s I even got the Domino’s app And I’m about tired of even going anymore

So they are really slow. Then they just put on the hood of my truck after I went inside to get it because they was taking so long. SMH

Ordered online for a later delivery. As soon as I made the order it said 20 min delivery time when I needed it 1.5 hours from time of order. Immediately called the store gave them my order info and name and they said they took care of it. 20 mins later my kids pizza is at the house when they won't be home for an hour. Called the store again and told them how they messed up. She told me they would remake my order and deliver it at the correct time. Its now 20 mins after the correct delivery time and still no pizza. Had to reheat the old pizza when they got home. I don't know what is worse for a business, not reading directions properly, ignoring an issue when it's brought to your attention, or lying to the customer about how you will resolve an issue that is the company's fault.
They were quick to make and very friendly when picking up.
