Watch your bank account. We were charged twice for our order. Contacted the store and got a refund and then two months later the same charge showed up. We contacted the store and were told we can not have a refund because it was refunded previously. 3 charges for the same order. Corrected it one time. Will not be returning.

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK! I placed an online order and used the tracker and it said it was ready. All I ordered was bread! I went to the window and they said it would be another 10 minutes and I’m like then why does it say ready? No answer. I wait 10 minutes then go back in and this time “It still has another 5 minutes.” By this time, my lunch was about over and I’m like just for some bread? There is no excuse for this whatsoever. And thanks for ruining my lunch plans as I had to rush back to work!

Honestly, I don’t understand why this store even exists. Every single time I place an order, it’s late—sometimes by 1 to 2 hours. Whenever I call the store, the only excuse I get is “we don’t have a delivery guy.” On top of that, the food quality is terrible, the taste is disappointing, and the staff clearly has no idea how to handle customer service. Speaking with them is frustrating and unprofessional. This is by far the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had, and it’s unacceptable.

ordered a medium pepperoni with extra cheese, sauce, and pepperonis. had regular on it, yet they said that was the allotted amount they could give. garbage pizza and service. 17 bucks for a medium pizza. do yourself a favor and just get pizza hut.

Today I ordered pizza and pasta by uber eats around 7:30pm and my order was not delivered until 9:10pm even delivery status on the application was indicated order was delivered 8:33pm. I made phone call to the store and explained the situation what I was in trouble. They just repeatedly told me that order was delivered and just hung up the phone call after telling me to track my order!!! I made phone call again and woman picked up my phone call and told me really bluntly that she will deliver my order again. Afterwards I received my order in around 10 minutes and pizza was totally not warm!!! It seems like they just forget to deliver my order and lied to me that it was delivered. And then pizza can’t be baked only by 1 or 2 minutes! I received my order after around 10 minutes after I finished my phone call. Delivery time should be taken at least 5 minutes according to preparation and delivery according to distance!!! I should have cold pizza in 2 hours after I made my order…. I paid for delivery tip also!!! I’m really unpleasant and never order anything from here!! Shame on you!!!

Dylan was an excellent representation of Dominoes. He went above and beyond to address a concern. It was impressive, as we all know, as consumers in today's climate, our business doesn't seem to matter as much to some companies. It is also rare to see a company understand your side and agree that their delivery or prep team was indeed off. I typically get reliably fast, predictably decent domino signature items here. The hosts at drive up always try to accomodate last minute needs like paper plates, crushed red pepper flakes etc. When something isn't right, they sure do their best to handle it professionally and promptly. A lost art with some companies.
