We love to stop in when we make a trip to Kokomo. The wet burrito is great, as was the chicken quesadilla. We had the chips with ranch dressing to mix with the salsa.

Ordered the burrito bowl with chicken and the chicken was so dry it was like chicken jerky, there surely must be a way to make sure their chicken is not so dry and hard.

It's hit or miss here. Sometimes the food just isn't cooked right or maybe it's the server who messed it up... either way it's generally good but we have been to this place many times over the years so of course there will be times it's not top notch. The servers they tend to hire can be questionable but everyone deserves a chance right? The complaint I would have about this last visit is there was literally chips all over the floor like someone had a good fight and it wasn't cleaned up. I mean it wouldn't have taken but a couple minutes to sweep it up and it wasn't busy so I'm not sure why they didn't clean it up.

Vegetarian options: You can get anything without the meat and they have rice and beans so the options you would have are pretty much same as everyone else.

Parking: If it's busy you may have to park a little ways from the building but most of the time it's not a problem to park.

Kid-friendliness: They offer highchair and booster seats.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance has a drop off lane and front door parking and the lot is level with the sidewalk so no need for a ramp.

We had wonderful meals from here today, server listen to all requests meal was perfect. The chili con queso was out of this world and your chips are the best!

The food is always very good. I have never encountered quality issues. Sometimes the way it is a little ridiculous. But, other than that, great restaurant!!

Salsa was just tomato paste with no additional seasoning. The steak fajita meat was spongy, processed. Very little seasoning in the meat and veggies, or on the sides. Will not go back. Service was great

Always a great time at Hacienda. Kokomo location seems to have less wait times than Mishawaka...but always worth the wait regardless!
